Hi there, I’m Eddie Smit, founder of The Legendary Butcher. After more than 50 years in the butchery business, I still get excited about a good cut of meat and the joy of feeding our community. We opened The Legendary Butcher in 2020, a family-run business with one goal: to bring top-quality, fresh, grade-A meat to the people we care about.
